New Head Chef in our hotel!Robert Trzópek has became a new Head Chef at Holiday Inn Warsaw Jozefow. He is considered one of the best chefs in Poland. You can also try our new menu.
Robert gained experience in the world's top restaurants including: Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxford (2 Michelin stars), famous restaurant Noma in Copenhagen (first place in the S. Pellegrino ranking of the world's best restaurants). Our new Head Chef (as the only Pole!) was invited to cooperate by Ferran Adria - the legendary chef of El Bulli - the Spanish restaurant gained worldwide fame and 3 Michelin stars. Robert Trzópek is one of the first Polish chefs practicing "kitchen of the future". Last time he worked in Tamka 43 and this restaurant took second place during his debut in the Wine & Food Noble Night.
“We offer always fresh, natural products and dishes changing seasonally. Classic dishes served with a modern flair, the Polish component in every meal. Locally produced ingredients, including honey from our own apiary. Cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and prepared on site and short menu. These are the basics of our restaurant.” - Robert Trzópek says.
In our new menu you can find for example: the plaice, grilled rib-eye steak and homemade ice cream.
